The importance of the call-centre is such that Flexicell can be considered a call-centre business as much as it can be considered a cellular airtime business.

"Cellular Airtime is what we sell, but operating a call-centre is what we do".

Moreover it is the call-centre that is Flexicell's greatest strength in terms of both marketing effectiveness and employment capacity.

The management structure of the call-centre flows from Head of Department - Call Centre, Call Centre Managers, Floor Managers, Team Leaders, agents and support (administrative) team. The call-centre is strong in both outbound and inbound call handling.
